The new and improved height adjustable handlebar pivots to either side so you do not have to walk on loose soil. All hydraulic drive means easy maintenance, no downtime and the most efficient use of your horsepower to get the job done. Efficient weight distribution means your rotary hoe works for you instead of tossing you around in difficult conditions. The counter-rotating tyne feature breaks up the most difficult soil, clay or sod. Wheels and tynes work independently of each other to allow your rotary hoe travel speed to be adjusted to the soil conditions. New two speed feature and free wheeling hubs.
